Life from a Breath

In the beginning He created man and gave him life with his breath:
Genesis 2:7 “Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.”
Many years later, He came down to rescue us from ourselves, we killed him, He defeated death, and yet he still breathed life into us again:
“John 20:22 And having said this, He breathed on them and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit!”
